• Enter your login and password and click the Submit button.
  • Note that the login and password are NOT case sensitive.
  • This screen shows the received shipments in the batch. You can get to this screen at any time by clicking the Batch link in the header bar.
  • To add a new shipment record, click the Add New Shipment link.
  • To edit a shipment record, click the EDIT link.
  • To delete a shipment record, click the DELETE link.
  • To accept the batch, click the Accept Batch link. Accepting a batch notifies the shipping department at RetailVision by e-mail that there are shipments to be picked up.
  • To add a new shipment you need to find the shipment in our expected shipments database.
  • The first (and best) way to find the expected shipment is to enter the UPC and supplement code in the Step 1 screen and click the Get Shipments button. The Step 2 screen will show you a list of expected shipments that match the UPC and supplement code. If one of the expected shipments matches the actual shipment, then enter details for the shipment by clicking the ADD or EDIT link.
  • You will see and EDIT link for shipments that are already in the current batch and an ADD link for shipments not in the current batch.
  • The second way to find the shipment in the expected shipments database is to pick the title of the magazine in the Step 2 screen and click the Get Shipments button. The Step 3 screen will show you a list of expected shipments for the title. If one of the expected shipments matches the actual shipment, then enter the details by cliking the ADD of EDIT link.
  • Note that an easy way to pick a title in the titles list is to click anywhere in the list and type the first letter of the title.
  • As a last resort, if you could not find the shipment either by matching to the UPC plus supplement code or by matching to the title, then you can enter a shipment description manually by clicking the Manual Shipment button in the Step 3 screen. Enter the title, issue, source and region descriptions and click the Enter Details button.
  • The details screen is used to enter the details for a shipment. Entry should be made into the white cells. Save the record by clicking the Save Record button.
  • If there is an error in the data you are entering, then you will not be allowed to save the record. The cell(s) will be marked with
  • When you try to save a record, you may see warnings marked with . If the data is correct, then you can save the record by clicking the Save Record button again.
